More Glasgow Ghostsigns
In July I headed to Glasgow to deliver a workshop, screening and talk for the Merchant City Festival. (A write-up of what happened can be found over on the Better Letters blog.) While there I got to see lots of new ghostsigns, and other forms of historic and noteworthy signage, much of which I collated into my ’36 Glasgow Signs & Letters’ gallery. However, there was so much that ended up on the cutting floor when editing down the photos that I thought I’d share some here, including a special collection of fading fascias from the now defunct fruit market in the heart of the Merchant City. Enjoy!
PS. These are all in addition to the ghostsigns from Glasgow previously published.
